The historic site, which has been a hospitality icon since the 1960s, will unveil a comprehensive transformation into a multi-faceted destination featuring a 325-room resort, a superyacht marina and the exclusive Pier Sixty-Six Residences.
DCBolt and Imerza partnered up to create an immersive audio-visual experience that would enable the Pier-Sixty Six sales and marketing team to properly visualize the future of Pier-Sixty Six $1 Billion transformation project to their prospective buyers.
Located just down the road from where the marina itself, Pier 66's interactive sales gallery tells a powerful story from the moment a client walks through the door.

As you enter the sales gallery's front door the first thing you'll see is an elegant to-scale model of the Pier66 development serving as the foreground of DCBolt's custom LED video wall.
Standing at nearly 7 feet tall and 15 feet wide, the video wall is comprised of 36 LED cabinets and supplies a stunning resolution of over 26 million pixels at a 1.8mm pitch.
Powered by Imerza's proprietary software, sales associates are able to give real-time rendered tours of the property.
The interactive display provides visitors the opportunity to experience each of the residences from within the building, allowing them to get a feel for the lifestyle and views from various vantage points, giving visitors a true sense of place during their presentation.
