THE PROJECT

Once completed, Olara will be the crown jewel of luxury residences in West Palm Beach, Fl. In order to properly tell the story of Olara, they needed a marketing center that could match the vision.

DCBolt and Imerza partnered up to create an immersive audio-visual experience that would enable Olara's sales team to fully visualize the Olara dream.

Located just down the road from where the Olara high rises will live, Olara's interactive 7,000 square foot sales gallery tells a powerful story from the moment a client walks through the door.

In the lobby waiting area, DCBolt installed two stunning 100" Sony displays which greet the client with custom content about the project.

At the heart of the sales gallery is an expansive 3D model envisioned by Gabellini Sheppard associates. On either side of the model DCBolt installed two more large displays which enable Olara Sales Associates to present informative content using Imerza's custom applications and Unreal Engine.

The experience at the sales gallery is enhanced by a nearly 360-degree state-of-the-art immersion room. DCBolt used 5x Christie 4k laser projectors to projection map content onto the curved wall of the room, providing the most immersive user experience possible.

The interactive display provides visitors the opportunity to experience each of the residences from within the building, allowing them to get a feel for the lifestyle and views from various vantage points, giving visitors a true sense of place during their presentation.
