Project Highlight: Edition, Miami Edgewater Marketing Center
THE PROJECT
A pure glass prism, boldly situated on 800 linear feet of scenic bayfront, rises above the lush gardens of Miami’s most desirable enclave. Designed by award-winning architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica and acclaimed Studio Munge in service of discerning residents and their guests, the Residences are a tranquil respite, encouraging relaxation, inspiration and reflection amidst the vibrant energy of Miami.
The tower’s impeccably finished residences will range from one-bedroom-plus-den to four-bedroom floorplans measuring between 1,952 and 3,864 square feet in size, priced from $1.7 million. Marking the pinnacle of luxury, the tower will also feature three expansive tri-level penthouses, each with private rooftop pools and gardens.
In order to properly showcase this one-of-a-kind property, Two Roads Development partnered with DCBolt and Imerza to build an immersive sales and marketing center worthy of the Edition brand.

The sales gallery is meticulously designed, with neutral-colored furnishings, lush flora, and architecturally distinctive details placed all about the room. The sales center has a copy of the master bathroom, kitchen, and living area to show off the building’s spacious floorplans and cutting-edge features.
DCBolt built a 360° projection mapped virtual reality room that offers unrestricted views of Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, Downtown Miami, and the Miami Beach skyline, capturing the essence of indoor-outdoor living.
7x projectors were used to create the 360° effect of the VR room, while 3x 85" Sony TVs allow the Edition Sales Team to visualize real-time rendered content throughout the space using their custom applications.
Using this cutting edge technology will enable future homeowners to immerse themselves in the EDITION-branded quality of design, lifestyle, services, and facilities that the project will bring to Miami’s Edgewater area.
